Inspire

I was listening to a Facebook show the other day that was posted in another group I joined. I don't why I clicked on it and listened, but I did. He was talking about unconditional love and living a life of service and love. This is a common belief among lightworker's and I am pretty well versed in the belief system, though I am more about balancing the light and dark as opposed to strictly living in the light. I was getting ready to leave when he said something. He said that he didn't like the name teacher because being a teacher means you are teaching a specific train of thought. That really hit me because as a Mystic my path is really about individual paths. Then he said something else, He said "I don't want to teach, I want to inspire.".And I'm like YES! That's it! Even though I was told I was a teacher, I have no desire to teach,I want to share my experiences, or knowledge or whatever else. I want to inspire. I don't want to tell people how to live their lives. When I write my stories, experiences or classes or whatever, I want people to take what is written or spoken and to use that as a tool to open their minds to new possibilities, or to reject it if it doesn't fit, or maybe branch off with new ideas, who knows. I'm not a teacher and this isn't a church. A church to me entails a specific doctrine, a doctrine I have no desire to write or to train people in one way of thinking. I want people to think on their own, to decide for them their own inner truths. Mysticism is a personal spiritual path that is forged by yourself. We come to truth both internal and external, but it's through figuring out for ourselves if it is part of OUR OWN truth.
I believe that truth is subjective and the ONLY thing that makes a truth a truth is one's belief in that truth. There is no black and white when it comes to truth. One person's truth could hold absolutely no truth for another person. Does it make one person's truth true and not the other, Nope. This is why there is so much conflict in the world. The world is used to 2 dimensional thinking. Everyone needs proof, but since proof is solely based on perception, some will see or experience that proof, while another will not, they may see it as proving the lack of proof:)
But this is why I have decided to close down Universal Church of Mysticism and replace it with the Mystic's Path. Mysticism isn't a religion and I'm not running a church. All my desire is to build a platform or page that reflects my journey as a mystic. To share my experiences and things I have learned on my journey in hopes that it will inspire new ideas and help you forge your own personal path to the divine or wherever your traveling to in this journey of life. I hope this page,if nothing else will open your minds to new possibilities even if it's deciding that my truth may not be your own :) Anyway's, May you be blessed on your sacred journey.
